My 13 year old daughter came to me and said she found out her 13 year old friend has been having intercourse with 2 of her boyfriends...from what I can tell, she has been doing this since she was 12.
My momma would have tanned my hide for that! JS!!
Anyway, my daughter found out that she actually has been doing oral sex on these boys. When my daughter asked if she was still a virgin, she said, well, of course! Bill Clinton Syndrome!
I know for sure my daughter is not doing anything...but I don't know if I want her being that close to someone who is sexually active. The girl is very sweet, though, and I don't want to restrict her friendships.
What should I do? Help me Make Up My Mind!!
Do I:
Tell my daughter that it's not a good idea to be with her friend?
Trust that I raised her right and she won't do anything she is not ready for?
Or something else? |
