Ok guys...the big day has arrived.....today is the day when it goes to court, the day the Ex tries to get me out of the house for good....is gonna be a tough one to fight as normally the courts choose to side on the one who has custody of the children, sadly on that one she has me 4 to zip...however, the reason she is taking me to court is by saying I am a violent person and she is in fear of her life, her daughter's life and the lives of my son's, very interesting though that there is no mention of her other son though!!!!!....ok....hands up who thinks or feels I am a violent person!!!!!...al of you know me and I don't feel that one person can say that I am, so can it be proven.....well there are no records of me ever having been arrested or even spoken to by the police so it is going to be a case of her word against mine and as far as I can see, her case hinges on one thing, the now famouse Laptop incident which should all boils down to owbership of the laptop at the time......so as you can see it is very much wide open at this time....I will let you know as and when I know later just what the outcome will be but should anyone have a spare room........LOL.
I want to end by thanking everyone who has supported me thus far, you guys are the tops and I know I will have each of you by my side today in the courtroom...
