Fellow American Patriots;

I come to you today to let you know that your government cannot overpower you. You, as the People, hold your own fate and your way of life in the palm of your hands.

You are under the watchful eye of an ever-increasingly tyrannical government, but within that government lies patriots just like you. For fear of retaliation from that very government and the safety of our loved ones, we are forced to wear masks like common criminals when we speak out. I have been told that my actions are traitorous and "un-American".

Why? Because I support the People? Because I support the Constitution? I say to those of you that are still asleep that YOU are the traitor. You that stand idly by as our freedoms are stripped from us are the "un-American".

I have asked people on the street if they are aware of the form of government that this nation was founded on. Almost everyone proudly stated "Democracy"... Let me show you Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence."

Tell me if THIS one sounds familiar? "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

...How did we get so far from our roots? So many have pledged their allegiance to the government or their political party of choice. Last time I checked, the government is a servant to the People. I pledge no allegiance to ANY man, to ANY government or authority. Do you know what I pledge?

"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me."

That is the oath that every U.S. serviceperson makes upon enlistment... Yet it seems that most of them do not even know what is in the Constitution.

This is the Second Amendment, written 15 Dec 1791: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." ...SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. I consider ANY law that effect my right to keep and bear arms as an infringement of that right.

Next, I point you to the Tenth Amendment: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Regarding restrictions on home schooling, laws concerning firearm ownership, the banning of medications known to help the ill, the Patriot Act, SOPA/PIPA and any other mandate which asserts guilt before lawful trial, NDAA and the suspension of "Habeus Corpus"? ...Let this serve as notice and demand to the federal government to cease and desist, effective immediately, any and all mandates that are beyond the scope of their constitutionally delegated powers. Therefore, any and all laws passed which infringe upon these rights reserved by We the People are hereby declared to be unconstitutional, unenforcable and rendered void.

This is passion, conviction and dedication. We, the American Patriots, are tired of standing idly by, this is a call to arms. Support the sovereignty of your state. Call your Senators and Representatives. Protest. Make your voices heard.... To the politicians, lawmakers and special-interest groups in the United States, let this serve as notice: You have power for only so long as you serve the People. If our backs are pushed against the wall? We WILL push back.

For you American citizens who are still asleep? There is something going on around you. If you cannot see it, it is only because you are so self-absorbed in your trinkets, your cell phones, your corporate jobs and your material gain. There is a revolution brewing all around you in this country, just under the surface of your day-to-day life, and you don't even know it.

If I ask you "Are you awake?" and you don't know what I am talking about? Then you need to start searching for information! You need to read your Constitution. You need to know your rights as a citizen. Look up what started the first American Revolution, "Taxation without Representation." Look at your governors, your congressional leaders, your presidential hopefuls. Can you honestly say that ANY of them represent you or your interests?

Ask yourself one simple question: "Do I want to be free or do I just want a protective and controlling master to watch over me?" The time for you to make that choice is at hand.

Because the enemies of freedom, liberty and the Constitution are not far away in some distant desert, they are found right here on our own soil. We have become complacent. We have allowed the tyrants to take over this country. We have allowed the corrupt to control the government and we have no one to blame but ourselves.

The time is now. We must rise up together as one voice and resist while we still have the ability to resist!

I know many of you are afraid of the government. I know many of you wonder how you can hope to resist against something as strong and large as the U.S. military. To you, I ask this question: "Who is it behind those rifles that you fear?" The answer is that they are your sons and your daughters, your fathers and mothers, and your brothers and sisters. They are American citizens just like you.

Let me assure you that there IS a resistance within the military and the veterans of the military. Men like us will NOT be silent. We will NOT blindly obey. We will NOT allow the American people to be harmed and their rights to be taken away. We will NOT disarm the American people in the event of "Martial Law". Let me assure you that men like me will die fighting for our liberty if we must, but we will NOT fight our countrymen.

Patriots, the time is at hand. If the government pushes us into a corner? Then I wish you well for the fght that lies before us will be the toughest battle that our generations has ever endured. Your grandchildren's grandchildren will read in history books how you fought for their freedoms. We only hope that they will not be as foolish as we have been in allowing the government to ever do this again to the great People of this nation.

My friends, I leave you with this quote: "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." Benjamin Franklin said this over two hundred years ago, and it is just as relevant now as it was in his days as a Patriot. Look around you with an open mind at our world. Search your soul for the truth. Then follow your heart and your convictions, for they will guide you on the correct path.
