It has always been my vision to have a drama free Family when starting the Thunder & Lightning Levelers. A Family where each of us contributed and had fun. A Family that can offer benefits to each member equally without showing or appearing to show favorites.
Thats not a very easy task. I knew in creating this family I was making FuBar a little more real for me cause now I have a responsibility to each of you to provide a family that is drama free and fun to participate in. I take that very seriously.
What I cannot avoid is outside drama to affect us in some way or another. But I have told each Co-Founder and Team Capt. that I would deal with any of the Drama issues.
So this is the one & only time that I am involving you only for the reason to clear up many questions that are coming our way.
Each member here current and future came of their own free will and if you so choose can leave of your own free will, no hard feelings & you will be welcome back with open arms. Other than close personal friends of mine that have been with me and no way associated with any other Family's did I pro actively recruit. Every one came hopefully cause they like what we are offering as a family and want to have fun & meet some great people along the way.

Joe as most of you know was a original Co-Founder of the T&Ls who left us the day we started taking members. You all read the blog saying good bye to Joe and wishing him well and he wished us the best.
Joe was kept in our Friend and Family both T&L and our personal sites because we felt he continued to belong there, there was never even a thought of thinking whether we should remove him or not.
The issue: Joe immediately upon leaving added to his name his previous family which is cool cause we new he was going back to them.
What wasn't cool was that through out the morning of the next day Joe was still coming to all our blogs and updates, His presence didn't bother me but his pic with the family name above it did, I discussed this with Joe very nicely and jokingly that it was weird and confusing for our members to see him keep appearing on all our blogs with him titled with the other family's name. His response was he understood and wouldn't do that.
Unfortunately that word wasn't held to and he continued but then started to hit our personal pages demanding from one of our members the whereabouts of his family's information which we all had deleted from our personal pages. Joe was talked to again but then continued still.
The Co-Founders and Team Capts had a meeting that night and discussed this. as a core team we all agreed to remove Joe from the T&L home pages and that is all. If you check our personal pages you should see he is in our friends and family unless he has blocked us (i have not been to mine yet today). No one was ever told that they could not talk to Joe, No one was ever told they could not talk to any other family's members and I myself made it clear twice in that meeting that we were removing Joe from the home pages only.

I really dont have much to say of their departure and return to the other Family. I fear if I go to try to find out the reasoning its just going to be more drama so I am making the conscious effort to wish them well.
Everybody here is free to come & go as you like.
The Co-Founders and I are in agreement that we are not going to involve ourselves anymore than we have already been pulled into. We are not here to compete with any other leveling/Bombing family. I am smart enough to know that we will be bumping into other leveling family's along our journey and occasionally be asked for help as well as us asking for theirs. I am smart enough to know better than to burn those bridges.
If you have any or encounter any drama or issues. Or if you have any questions please direct them to me. I take full responsibility to handle any Drama and do not want either of the other two Co-Founders or Team Capts to be tasked with it other than offering me their suggestions.
All I ask from each one of you is to participate when you can and most importantly HAVE FUN.
Do not react to any outside Drama on your own, bring it to my attention and I will deal with it.
Any member that is found to Cause any drama whether inside this family or outside this family that effects the T&L Levelers will be asked to leave.
I will from my Personal page be sending out a bulletin later today. This bulletin will be addressed to the T&L Levelers and "other" Leveling families. It will be very sweet, very nice & very Drama free and will hopefully end whatever this is that outside people are causing. If not we can all feel good about ourselves that we remained true to our beliefs as a Family. It will be your choice to repost this bulletin if you want to.
With that let me say that other than this little bump in the road yesterday. Everyone exceeded my expectations for our first day. You all did awesome we leveled many Family members and many FuBar members. You worked as a team and flooded the Bulletin boards with our reposts which got us outside help from a few big solo levelers. Thats Awesome.
So I hope everyone understands and stays on and helps this Family become one of the best family's to be a part of.
If you choose to leave, it is ok just leave us a private message and I wish you well.
I am not sure how much leveling we will do today we will do some but there is much to handle. Please concentrate on the GAs when you have time and keep your eye out for any level up bulletins.
