I know it's long but I'm crying
Today I started my new job and I have been very excited about doing a different type of sales and the earning potential is enormous but I came home balling my eyes out.. I drove 30 minutes crying so hard I couldn't breath and yelling I don't want to be a Mormon...( I was completely exaggerating the situation I know)
So the day was good but I started looking around and everyone looks the same pasty and the women have 80's style dews and clothes..at the end of the day the VP calls me into the office and say we have to talk about your appearance..he says he has complaints about my nose ring and MY HAIR!! I knew the nose ring could be a problem I know I deal with high profile clients but my hair... they don't like it because I have different colors in my hair and I have to change it..which I will because the money is great.....
My question is, am I completely reacting stupid about having to change my hair and balling
or
My hair is part of my identity and you understand me yelling please don't make me a Mormon cookie cutter |
