See Emily Pray just finished recording their demo cd. The band gave me a copy of the rough mixes yesterday via Pat (Tina's husband) and I've been listening to it all night.
I'm so impressed with how well Countless as Moths came out... even in the rough mix. Don and Mary-Suzanne wrote a beautiful song and Tina topped it off with equally beautiful lyrics. I've always been in love with the melody that Don came up with. You can tell he put a lot of time and work into making that song as wonderful as it now is. I was shocked when Tina told me that the song had been passed over by the previous bands that Don and Mary-Suzanne had been in.
Plus... I can't even describe how fucking sexy Tina's voice sounds in the recorded version!
Seeing as how the song is not copyrighted yet, I will not post up the entirety of the lyrics (out of nothing but respect for Don)... but I will share the chorus with you:
