I used the Key Pattern Spread with the Faery Wicca Tarot deck.
Begin this spread with the Element and Helper cards combined. Focus on your area of inquiry, and when you are ready pull a card for each position.
I just focused on Rebel... not really asking anything and this is what came up.
Positions 1 and 2: Something from the past that is affecting the current situation, and needs to be taken into consideration.
Position 1: Ace of Tine: Wand of Findias.
The raw power of personal power. The fiery dragon of sexual desire (i.e., the “sacred fire”). Aspirations, contests, enlightenment. Constructive power or the power to oppress and destroy. The power to control significant or even fearful forces. The gut reaction.
The courage to feel the fire
Is felt in the stomach—
The seat of willpower and
The house of all desire.
Power is both gentle and forceful.
Position 2: Two of Aer: The path of discernment.
Two forces against one another, perhaps to cancel each other out. There is another option to be considered. Karmic balance. A reminder that every action produces a reaction—what goes around comes around; do unto others as you would have them do unto you; as ye sow, so shall ye reap.
For this is the path OF personal truth,
And personal truth is the clarity one
Receives from the Sword of Illumination.
Know thyself.
Positions 3, 4, and 5: the area needing attention in the present, which you may not be considering.
Position 3: The Hangman: Crochadoir Amorgen.
Consider marrying yourself to the Earth Mother, or becoming her lover. In doing so, you will develop a more intimate relationship with the natural world. This will bring forth the power of abundance. The natural world shall then come alive and you will see the magick of the earth shining up from the soil, illuminating rocks and trees, as the aura of the vital life force in the universe. Magick is change; no need to sacrifice anything—sacrifice implies martyrdom or victimhood, extremes of emotion. Change, however, is the recognition that mind and heart are aligned with Spirit; thus, reprioritizing is initiated willingly. Magick can become a daily occurrence.
Position 4: Eight of Aer: Illumination is Free.
Loss of faith, inner turmoil. Bad news. Fruitless conflict. Embarrassment. False beliefs. Enforced isolation, imprisonment.
The way to spiritual illumination is free.
The only boundaries encountered are WITHin thee.
Position 5: Six of Tine: The Power of the Heart
Glory, victory, and triumph. A personal or a vicarious experience of adulation and fame, a sense of victory with all adversaries conquered and all blockages overcome. But the triumph will eventually come to an end. Glory will shift to some different meaning, perhaps less glorious and more perilous.

Position 6: Ainnir of Aer: Grainne.
Ruled by Ohn. Water of Air; thinking with the heart; emotional energy in balance; inspiration and clarity of feeling; in the dawning of autumn; young female between birth and age thirty; the the ability to know what one desires; cunning intellect; clear communication; ready to take action, but willing to remain still if need by; of a royal nature.
The magick of the Faery World exacts the payment of bonds—be careful what you vow yourself to, when such vows are collected by the OtherWorld, they must be upheld.
Position 7: Poetical Justice: Fiorcheart Macha:
Karmic destiny; divine compassion is required to endure the trials and tribulations in which you may find yourself involved; the trinity hold the scales of justice—the power to control the end result is not within your hands; give birth to new pathways; deliver that which is just and fair, being mindful of the law of love.
