Friday night was for fun.
Saturday night had just begun.
I spent the night in my car.
It seems that again I've gone way too far.
My friends all told me it would happen.
Did I believe them? I just turned laughing.
I was eighteen and in my last year.
The only thing I could think about was having a beer.
I thought to my self as I took another drink; Would they tell me when to stop or were they going to make me think.
I asked for the keys to go home.
My only friend told me no.
I did not listen and still I begged.
My friend finally gave in.
I was heading home and saw a car.
I swerved to miss but I went to far.
All I remember was a sudden burst of pain,
And being transported to the ambulance in the rain.
