The Truth about Hiding

This is not going to set well with you, and it is as it should be. The idea itself is the oldest shared and among the first of human consideration after obtaining knowledge of good and evil.

The idea itself does two things, as any idea does; it allows the one who entertains it a motive for using it and a conviction in that motive for supporting it. However, it also allows those who observe the use of it to see it as it is most truly.

This is not inter-galactic rocket science; it’s quite simple and quite clear.  The choice to hide gives the one who chooses it the impression that it can in fact be accomplished.  So, the choosing of hiding is not just an option but also a deception.  It was not possible when it was first chosen, and it is still not possible. But back when it was first chosen, man had no (NO!) idea what he was up against.

To allow yourself to consider hiding as an option, you must first see (with your eyes or otherwise) something or someone to hide from.  Now this is where it really gets hard, not hard to understand, but hard to confess to. You might want to stop here, because your foundation for making choices is about to have a nuclear attack.

In truth, there is no need or even a consideration for hiding.  With that being said, where would you think the idea of hiding came from?  Now if you have any difficulty in answering this question, not only have you made the choice of hiding well; you have become convicted in the idea that you can actually do it.

You’re still here?  OK, then you are truly among the blessed on the face of the earth.  Hiding is the most effective idea given to man since the beginning of time.  Given to him by whom?  Come on now, you’re not doing very well at playing stupid if you’re still here.  Ideas come from one of two places, good or evil.  From which place do you think hiding came from?

This might help you define the nature of the two idea sources; Good has its basis in Righteousness.  And evil has its basis in pride.  This might seem funny, but take it as a simple example: The Man of Sorrows also known as Jesus Christ, traveled openly throughout the world.  The man of the greatest wealth in the world today travels in a vehicle with dark tinted bulletproof windows.

One knew he was going to be slain by the people He came to save, and the other fears being slain by the people he used to acquire his great wealth.  Which one has righteousness (or good) as a basis, and which one has pride (or evil) as a basis?  Does hiding keep the wealthy man from dying?  Does dying keep the Righteous Man from glory forever and ever? 

Now, does hiding come from a source that you trust?  Has the idea of hiding been attractive or useful to you for one reason or another?  Do you think that it is important to know where the ideas that you have offered to you come from?  There is only one really important answer in those above, its not that we have overlooked the importance of knowing where the ideas we choose to agree with come from. 

If we choose to trust evil as our source of ideas, then not only have we found those ideas as attractive, we have placed our own conviction into supporting them.  This choice and action places evil into the center of our hearts.  All have made evil ideas acceptable at some time in life; we are all guilty of having done this.  But the time has not yet come for us to be judged for our living. So correction is still an option.

Evil chooses to destroy all of mankind, and hold it in bondage along with itself, forever.  At no time will man ever get this idea from evil before judgment has occurred.  Why?  Because evil has its basis in pride, its pride is that it can have all of God’s most loved creation as its own.  And separate it from God as is required based on the fact that there is no evil in Righteousness.  This is not inter-galactic rocket science; we are not as stupid as evil has been trying to make us out to be.  Your making it this far into this article is not by any means chance. 

The truth about hiding is that it is the single most effective tool of evil to entrap mankind since the beginning of time.  If evil can suppress man’s accountability to God (“Here I am Lord God!”), evil can pollute man’s heart enough to make it totally unacceptable to God.  Evil knows that man can think whatever he wants until that judgment of the content of his heart is made.  At that time, the options have disappeared, and the time has finished.  The deception has succeeded and man has become lost beyond redemption. 

If hiding has served you well up to this point and you want what evil has planned for you, then just keep on doing what you’ve been doing and the end will slip up on you like a thief in the night.
