Okay so the ex calls me today to tell me he has lost his job and his money is going to be tight till he gets a new job.... He is suppose to give me a check every two weeks per our divorce decree and he is asking that i let it slide till he gets a new job. What should i do???
Now mind u i worked two jobs and went to school and took care of my kiddo just to make ends meet and when i had absolutely nothing i would go without eating to feed my kid.... Now the shoe is almost on the other foot should i
A) let him skip payments
B) explain that even though he has no current income he has savings and 401k that the divorce states he must pay and ask for payment anyways
