The 3,192 cases in 2011 amounted to a 1 percent increase over the 3,158 reported in 2010.
The Army has consistently led the other services in the proportion of sexual assault reports, usually running about 2.5 per thousand, as it did in 2011. From Chicago Tribune
When soldiers start to complain, it is not because they cannot take it. It’s because our military is supposed to be at a high level. Respect for the individual forms the basis for the rule of law, the essence of what makes an American. In the Army, respect means recognizing and appreciating the inherent dignity and worth of all people. This value reminds you that your people are your greatest resource.
The Constitution honors everyone's individual worth by treating all people with dignity and respect. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

To be honest my military career wasn’t successful, yes I retired from the army, but my goal was to be a Sergeant Major. So I decide to discuss this with some of my friends on Yuwie.

Since that Sunday I haven’t been on Yuwie, until today Sunday 17 December 2007. I have been talking with God and myself what’s gone wrong in my life..
Why the mistrust, why are we so afraid to show our happy side.
Today is the start to rebuild and restore trust in my friends, restore trust in our leaders and in our community.
No young human being should make a statement “I want to be famous”. No person should be sorry for everything in his or her life.
No burden to anyone should make them feel like they’re “a piece of shit “. And it is devastating when people want to become famous by taking another people lives.
To me it’s a failure on us. Yes we, we all are leaders.
We have stopped listening to the younger generation, what does a young human being know about life?
