I went to dinner with my family this evening and while waiting for my kids to get their ice cream, my youngest apparently tripped over this "gentleman's"(I use the term very loosely) foot. Now I admit my son, who's 4, was not being a perfect angel, was running around when this occured. this "gentleman" threatened to call the sheriff' department over an accident. I could barely keep my temper in check as this weasel kept asking me who was going to pay his medical bills if he needed medical attention even after I apologized. Come to find out from some of the employees at this establishment that this jerk is a regular there and is always complaining about someone or something. If this schmuck thought he could strong arm me into giving him some kind of payoff by threatening me with calling the cops he is barking up the wrong tree.
Using this guy's logic then I should call the cops anytime I get bumped into while walking down the street. Accidents happen. We can thank the "Ambulance Chasers" for the mood and thinking of certain weak minded individuals, just look for the quick payout and screw the other guy.
