Sometimes when you feel like giving up, and it seems the entire world is against you, something beautiful comes along and changes your mind. For me, it was her.
As many people would probably agree with me, it is hard to love when your heart has been broken so many times. I thank God every day that he gave me the strength to fall in love again, trusting and praying that I wouldn't be hurt. It seemed after being in so much pain for so long, I would forget how to love.. but the magic that brought passion to my life reminded me that love is the essence of life and without it, there really is no life worth living.
A firm believer that everything happens for a reason, I know we were destined to be together. Many times I believed I had found the "perfect" one.. I'm glad that we all proved to be wrong for each other, because Jessica is the love of my life, my soulmate.
Some people criticize me for being gay, others because I am fat. To those close-minded people I say "Get over yourself." In the end, there is only one who can judge me. This is the life I have chosen, and the 'cross I will bear', if you will.
