Good Morning. December 18th and one week before Christmas. Snow on the ground colder temperatures then the week before, yes…yes it is truly winter toto and we are not in Kansas anymore.
I am not really sure if I have ever been to Kansas… hmm I best make that part of the list. Do you have a list? You know the list of things you wish to see, accomplish or just be part of before you meet the maker? I think there is a movie coming out with Jack Nicholson called “The Bucket List” Or something of that nature. Basically a list of things these two guys want to do before they push up daisies. Worm feast, sleep in the dirt hotel many, many terms for that long rest of no return. But, the list is basically in everyone’s head… other then those who actually do have a list hidden in some drawer or tucked away in a closet and at our age…those things get miss placed easier then not. I mean I can one minute tuck something away and my recall memory is like, now I just had that damned thing where did it go? The mind… it is a terrible thing to waist. But, oh well the list would actually be a good Movie, I guess the Bucket is going to be good too, but I am sure there will be more comedy in it then one could imagine. I just think a List is important, like dreams,… if you have no dreams… then life gets very boring. I mean one can dream of things they wish and never get to it but the journey to try is well worth the thought process I would think…How many wanted to be something, do something or just see something that you thought was going to be cool, make your day and bring a smile to you face… and then while it basically warms your heart with anticipation you forget it… or circumstances take over and you know that there is no possibility known to mankind and that dream is going to the black hole of dreamdum. Dreamdum is a place set aside in each of us that is kept alive and nourished daily by hope… I think movies have been made for that, can’t think of any names currently but I know there are some… anyway if you have no dreams, then you are not working the brain to it’s full extent. I mean dreams keep us all searching, yearning following a path that yeah, we know deep down in our heart will never ever take place, but why kill the anticipation of it… It certainly does the dream process and reliability factor no good for future dreams. AH HAH!!!! The Never ending story was a movie made for just that type of thing, place and state of mind… Yeah , Yeah I know it was basically a kid flick…Oh well… dream on, open that list back up! , You say you are too old for a list? Nonsense… never too old to dream, You know study’s have been made that depression is because we give up… we have chemical imbalances due to hate, bad thoughts, never thinking we can do something and I say… Poo on that, I work with two guys that are manic depressants.. I can bring them out of a roasting fire in a heartbeat, trust me, anyone can, it’s those who give up and say whats the use… that just kill me…
Well, I will leave on that note, If anyone doesn’t believe I can take a person north from a south trip… they do not know me very well… but, we all have that ability, trust me you do, I do and we do… its just some tend to give up faster then others… do you think hero’s are born everyday? But, you haven’t seen one… Trust me, if you do not have a pocket compact, a House hold mirror, then perhaps you have not seen one… Just look in the mirror and trust me, you are a hero to someone… you just don’t know it…
