The first Indian luxury train to be owned by a private player, Indian Maharaja - Deccan Odyssey takes guests on a journey spanning over 8 days and 7 nights through its two itineraries- Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to Mumbai.
Both the journeys cover same destinations which include Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur, Udaipur and Aurangabad. A white marble edifice built to commemorate the passionate love of Emperor Shah Jahan, Taj Mahal was emblazoned as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. The structural design of this Mughal monument is largely inspired from Persian architecture especially the Char Bagh style.
