A small child asked me once if I had seen much of the world.? I almost answered when a thought flashed behind my eye's. I knew I had not seen much of the physical world; far away places and distant lands. But I had seen many trees, walked along rivers, swam in oceans, laid in fields, played football in huge yards. I had seen green grass, brown grass, and heard blue grass. I've seen snowfall,rain pour, hail pound, and had felt the wind and touched the earth. I had started fires, contained them, and put them out. I have basked in the sun, hid from it, and cherished it all in the same day....I have loved under the moon....and cried under it.I have walked many roads, and travelled many hidden paths in my life.
I've learned about life, and death; and experienced both. So what could there be in this world that I had missed? Then it occured to me.
I really had seen most of the world; For, I had loved with everything,and I had been loved in return. I had created life and nourished it.I have even lost great love.
So before you say you have nothing and have never seen the world;"Remember the world fits into the palm of your hand-- and if you've ever heard ,it's true--Take your hand,make a fist - this is the size of your heart....This Holds The World!
