Tomorrow is my youngest son's birthday he is turning 4. Well on Friday my ex mother in-law called me and told me my ex was coming down today to see him and my other kids. She was suprised my ex hadn't called me yet to let me know about it, so I told her to have her call me to let me know what's up. Well she never called me and never showed up today, only good thing is I didn't tell the kids about it so they aren't upsat over it. But I am pissed off I am so tired of her shit.

Just to let you all know today I got to court to let the judge know I still cannot find my ex wife. I needed to try and serve her the paperwork regarding me putting in for full custody of our children. All I know is she is still up in Fresno somewhere, she won't tell me where she is because she thinks I would turn her into the Army (which I would). She hasn't clled me in over 2 weeks now. So I am hoping the judge will just grant me what I have asked for. Here's some other news in my life right now...I am single again, I still have no clue what happened. Everything was going pretty good with the girl I was seeing. Last Monday she told me how happy she was to be with me and we started talking more serious. Tuesday we went out to dinner and to the bar and had a great time. We even planned a little trip for August or September. We did seperate things for the 4th because we each already had plans with family that day. Thursayd morning she gets kinda wierd on me in the morning telling me maybe we should slow down some, I told her no problem, she already told me it scares her to go so fast. Then after she gets off work she calls me and tells me it's over, that she doesn't feel we will go farther then we are and she needs to end it ASAP. I am still confused on what went wrong between Tuesday and Thursday. That is why I haven't been aon-line since then, I have been trying to figure out where I went wrong or if it was even my fault.

So when I get out of the shower this morning I see I have a voicemail message on my phone. I call it back it's my ex wife's ex boyfriend telling me she called him at midnight telling him she want AWOL from basic training out in SOuth Carolina. She just joined the Army 2 weeks ago. Well he tells her he will not help her out and that she should go back to the base and turn herself in. I tell him that's the right thing to do, make sure he doesn't help her in any way and let me know if he hears from her again. After I take my kids to school I try and call the base she is at to find out if this is true, the regiments headquartes tell me they know nothing about it but give me the company she's in phone number. I call get no answer so I decide to call her mom and see what she knows. She tells me she doesn"t believe this guy and that not to worry about it. I keep trying the base after about 3 hours someone answers and tells me yes she has gone AWOL. I tell them what I know and promise to let them know if I hear anything. I call and tell her mom what's going on, she tells me she will call her boyfriend she is with now and let him know what's going on. About and hour later her mom calls me and tells me that her boyfriend's Dad bought her a bus ticket home. I guess she lied to him and told him she was discharged not AWOL. After this I call the base and tell them what I know. I just got home from the court house now and I filed for full custody of my kids. We never had a court order on this. So tomorrow or Monday I will be at court trying to get this done. Well that was my day so far and now I want a beer damn it

My ex is pissing me the fuck off right now. She rarely see the kids anymore, she has only seen them 6 times since moving back the Cali, most those times are for only a few hours. She has tomorrow off but has to work Thursday so I told her come get the kids Tuesday night and bring them back to me Wednesday night, this was last week. She told me she wanted to do this...now I haven't heard from her since then. She tells me all the time "The kids mean so much to me" but this is how she acts. How can any parent, mother or father, do this to their children?
