Apart from being the title of one of my favourite tracks by Hazel O'Connor this just happens to be the 8th day that I have not had a cigarette for. People in work are quite proud of me and today I found out quite a lot of smokers who I used to bump into in the bikeshed outside work have also quit, so now I dont feel so bad.
anyway I am starting to feel quite proud of myself also, someone today was talking about playing squash, I did have one or two games when I was a heavy drinker and smoker and it almost killed me but I enjoyed it, so I might take it up if I can find a club in my area if it lets beginners join.
