Remember boys and girls: coversation is not meaningless. Whatever we say or not say, we send a message. By interpreting the type of response we trigger in conversation through dialogue and body language, we can shape our messages to be most effective as possible.
(Not necessarily affective in triggering an emotion or feeling, but effective as in producing the intended or expected result)
