She lives in a alley
A box for a bed
newspapers for covers
she lays down her head
The weather is turning
its cold through the night
nobody will worry if she is alright
The snow is now falling
it covers the ground
she shivers benith it
no help is around
As daylight aprouches
some one passes by
they look down the alley
and much to there surprise
She lays there so quiet
she makes not a sound
they see that the lady
is froze to the ground
They come take her body
no furneral she'll have
she has not any familey
no one to feel sad
While down in the alley
on cardboard to sleep
with newspapers for covers
he soon falls asleep
