I feel like betty crocker Since I can't spend Thanksgiving with the family I'll be spending it with my second family My best friend put me in charge of 3 things pop (not a problem), corn (easy stuff), and pumpkin pie (umm. the question. to bake or to buy?) I was never one for takin the easy way out So baking was my answer While buying ingrediance I found the recipe for "pumpkin cheese cake" So I decided since everyone likes variety Why not make one of each? It wasn't till I got home that I discovered working doubles all week left no time for baking unless of course I didn't want to sleep so this morning no sleep it is! the "Pumpkin Pie Cheese Cake" is in the oven say a prayer for me k? lol
