Have you ever felt "love"? Have you ever lived a love story? Have you actually "loved" another human being? Family, parents, children, friends don't count. Part "love", part friendly, part obligation, part expected demand . . . no, I mean "love" another person, glorious, joyful, painful, agonizing LOVE for someone who had no ties, no meaning, no piece, no place in or of your life until that magical moment you couldn't, wouldn't, not ever, not no how want to NOT be with them?
Share the glory, tell me a story, send me a description, share the golden memory, throw the broken shards of your heart at me, cry me a memory . . . but only honest ones. Don't make anything up like we all do each day. No names, only a "he was" or a "she is" . . .
No "we still are" . . . no "we used to be" . . . just what is . . . what was . . . real . . . like it happens still today, still this moment . . .
Make us both appreciate that it happened.
And if you never have, join me in a solitary moment of silence . . . for the hearts and souls that grow colder as the distance grows between hope and despair . .
