What is the best thing to give to a boy for his 17th birthday who has just finished his first year of uni (he is super smart and started two years early) ?
He is by no means the average boy, but does have some of their tastes. He is attending Oxford and has Aspergers, he has some social issues as a result, but generally he's a normal teen. I have a reasonable budget for him as he and I are pretty close (I have shared acting guardianship with his father) for years.
He likes gigs and some sporting activities and has attended numerous rugby games with me. He is presently learning to drive and has a girlfriend. The gift i give him has to potentially take into account his condition, due to his social anxieties.
I am pondering giving a tickets to a gig (he recently attended his first full weekend festival and loved it.)
So gig or sporting event tickets ?
Gadget ?
Money ?
or something else ? |
