Okay people ..... here is a little about on how the contest is and how it works. I have had several questions so I am going to try and hit them all in this little blog....ok it may end up being a big blog. Also, any help from people that read this...and notice I have forgotten an important thing or two...pls leave your commnets a the bottom so that your knowledge can be used ...its so great that there are so many wonderful people on CT!
1)This is not to say that you are all dumb at all, but there are people out there that are new to the contest thing so I need to help them out here...so just be nice and bare with me. After all, its for fun & its always great to help others. I want to make this contest kick azz!
2)You cannot get to your contest picture Link until the start of the contest. I will release that photo link one hour before the contest starts so that you can either make blogs, bulletin or find friends that will do this for you. Get your self out there!! Gather help!!
3)It is always good to belong to a family when it comes to being in a contest, for they will rally around you and help you out. If you don't have one...try to find one, but know that once you are in a family...they will expect your help in the future, in other family member's contests.
4)In my contest you can commment bomb yourself. This means that you can go to the comment box and leave comments over and over again. All your friends can also do this.
5)Note there are a couple issues that you need to be aware of when comment bombing .... A)You can't constantly repeat the same comment...therefore many people will just put in random letters or numbers so they do not run into this problem. .....B)If you comment too fast it will drop the comment, it will take time for you to find the right rythm that will work for you. .....C)If you comment too fast too many times, you will get blocked for 10mins, we have no control of this, its how the site is. So, just relax and try not to get a time out. .....D)Depending on your level you only have so many amounts of comments a day. Once you use these up, you must wait until 1am Pacific time {West Coast}, it is always good to use all your comments daily when helping yourself win a contest.
6)If you have a friend that is trying to help you and I have them blocked please let me know. I have no problem unblocking them for you at all. But I will not put up with any crap either.
7)Don't forget to rate your picture while you are in there. You can only rate your picture once, but remind all your friends that come in to help that they need to rate it also. This is important because if there is a tie I will use the rates to break it.
8)Do not start trouble with other people in the contest. If you down-rate thier picutres I will know and I will remove you from the contest. I do not have time for childish games, when this is for fun and a good time.
9) I cannot help anyone in this contest nor can I make personal bullitens, but I will be making the contest bullitens that have all of your links. I will expect these bullitens to be reposted by you all, for they can only help you. Also, you need to share these bullitens when they are posted {there is a share button on every bulliten on CT}.
10)All prized will be given out during *Happy Hour* this reason is kinda self-explanitory. I can add that depending on the amount of help and comments, the gifts many go up to bigger ones....this is especailly important to those people who get at least 5000 but do not win 1-4th place.
11)Lastly, Have fun you guys...this contest is for fun and I love seeing all the great back pieces that are in. All of them are great and sharp! I am proud to see that so many people decorate their bodys in some wonderful art. Its all about showing off that art and how great it truly is.
