Pedro El Awesomeo needs Bombs's blog: "Encephalon"

Over the past month, I have been taking advantage of the pool at my complex to get my exercise in.  I think swimming is a great way to go, I can do cardio and strength training while being out doors and working on my color at the same time.  I was going six days a week, for about an hour and a half every day.  I'd alternate between the breast stroke and the crawl, and considering my pool isnt very big, I could do a complete lap up and back in 45-30 seconds respectively.  (So yeah, about 120-180 laps) While I was there, I'd see a few other regulars that I'd like to tell you about.

Last year I mentioned the Middle Aged Spice Girls.  Well it appears 75% of them have left, so there's only the one now.  I suppose she isn't lonely though, she does have her well shaped fake boobs that go with her wherever she goes. 

Then there is "Ball Boy."  This guy, who I'd say is in his mid to late 20's goes often and has this little soccer ball, which I think is a dog toy.  He'll go with his girlfriend, who by the way, will not lay out in the sun, she lays in the shade or completely covers herself in towels.  Though considering she's African American, I don't begrudge her not working on her genetic tan.  Though I digress, so anyway.  Here's this guy, and he has his toy ball, and he will go into the pool, and throw it to his girlfriend who is sitting outside the pool in the shade who tosses it back.   A few times I have seen him show up before his girlfriend gets there and he actually looks sad that he doesnt get to throw his ball.   It really makes no sense to me.

There is the Ambiguously Not Gay Canadian Couple.  These two guys show up, and usually lay out for a bit, swim a couple laps and then lay out some more.  I don't know that its really working for them, because their tans are crap, but hey I suppose it works for them.  I don't know they are canadian, but one does have a maple leaf tattoo, which is smallish, but hey whatever.  I know they arent gay, because they were hitting on this young chick who goes to lay out all the time.

I suppose mentioning her, I should say more.  Young girl in a bikini.  From what I can tell, she's a college student, pretty good looking too.  I haven't really spoken to her or know her deal, other than she wears a bikini and she lays out and doesnt swim.   I had considered making inquiries, but when I heard her mention "Getting my undergrad stuff done" I figure probably best to back off. 

Then there's "Ten Little Indians"  this is a family of well, Indians.  I don't know how they all fit in the apartment, as the largest is a three bedroom, but hey who am I to judge.

Then there is the Vrach Family, which is Russian For doctor, see he's russian, and a doctor, I'm so clever.  I enjoy it when they are around, because they like to assume no one else speaks russian, and switch from english over when they dont want people to hear.

Now if you think I am unfair to characterize people in such a manner, let me mention one thing.  The other day I showed up and these kids in the pool screamed "Oh no! It's the Swimming Guy!"
