I have done my research since I have had blogs,stash and status removed when others are free to say as they wish.

So I will not mention any names in theis entry.I have had so many responses over this person trying to cyber bully me.I need to say this.

NO-ONE has the right to talk you down to anyone and just because this is the Internet does not mean it is not real.Cyberbullying does not just apply to children.

Never Respond to Cyberbullying Directly,

The most important thing to remember about dealing with cyberbullying is to never, ever respond to the bully. I know it's difficult to do. I made the mistake of this. Remember that bullies are often lacking something crucial in their lives and they seek pain in others, so do not fill this void for them by giving them a reaction. Your reaction is exactly what they are seeking. Instead, document everything, and seek the proper authorities (up to and including your local FBI bureau). Trust me, I know it is very, very difficult to not react when you see yourself and the people you love being attacked.

The bully will often tell their prey things such as “you deserve this” and “you need help” in order to convince you that you are in fact the bad person. Just remember who it is you are dealing with and report everything to the proper authorities so the real “bad person” can be dealt with legally.

Be careful out there. The Internet can be a ruthless place just like life can be.

I have documented everything I have found on fubar and faxed it today along with giving them his twitter and facebook account.They will get to the bottom of this.I also contacted fubar administration here to let them know it didn't matter how long this person has been online or who he is.It is wrong and that I contacting the authorities and the National Prevention Canter for cyber bullying.I can only imagine who he has done this too after seeing many of his blogs.He can write what he wants,dont get me wrong,but he cannot use your name or screenname ,post your picture or down you in any way on a public forum.This person has gotten away with it for years.I bet alot of you didn't know it was considered cyber bullying and is against the law.

These 3 things I am posting right now is bullying...

* Flaming is a type of online fight. It is an act of sending or posting electronic messages that are deliberately hostile, insulting, mean, angry, vulgar or insulting, to one person or several, either privately or publicly to an online group.

(When he writes his blog it is considered a online group when they all swoom in and attack which also makes them at fault as well)When he calls you names as he did me it is considered cyber bullying.When he threatened my life it is cyber bullying,regardless if it was meant or not,he still said it in a public forum that resulting others to react....

* Denigration also known as "dissing,” occurs when a person sends or publishes cruel rumors, gossip or untrue statements about a person to intentionally damage the victim's reputation or friendships.

(This person has posted blogs on me as well as others that has cost me to lose friends and make them look at me differently all because of what he says is suppose to be the truth,he can not do this either to you or anyone.)

* Bash boards are online bulletin boards where people post anything they choose. Generally, the postings are mean, hateful and malicious.Harassment is when the electronic bully repeatedly sends insulting, hurtful, rude, insulting messages.

(He has brought his friends in on all of this and he should not have done this,He is just a man why is so many afraid of him)

I can't let this person intimidate or make me feel less of a person,because you know what.He doesn't know and never took the change to get to either.

This is more of a highschool than a online bar when people in there late 30s or 40's and older do this to people.

While talking to someone today I was told,(Well you went to the administration even if they will not get involved,you have let them be aware and if they allow it to continue then they are just as much fault as he is.If they can take my blogs down and stash over this situation and send me a letter stating your account could be deleted if I did it again,they can send him the same courtesy in that he needs to leave me alone as well as others and find another way to get his attention instead of hurting others to get it.

I am not here for trouble and I most certainly did not start this.He did.THis has been going on for awhile and to save my life I dont understand why my life is so important to him,rather I was using fake pictures or not is none of his business.

I see men using womens pictures to get to another level,or even people with salutes using other pictures,so I ask why am I his main subject.

I just want to be left alone.I will not step down though on what I believe in.I will not be bullyed and I don't care how many you send my way to put hate on me.I donot want drama.I am here to have fun and for some reason there life must not have much meaning in it in order to do this to others.

I hope he writes about me again so I can have a stronger case,because he did after the fact of knowing.

I will not hide no matter what he says and neither should you.

If you need to know who it is,ask me I will tell you,if it turns out he is one of your friends you have the option of taking yourself off my list.

It is funny because Dr.Phil was about cyber bullying,there is a god with a sense of humor to allow that to hit at the same time this was going on with me.

I would like to stay here and will as long as I can.Just note if one day I am all of a sudden gone or my name went to total numbers there is a reason behind it.It is because I took a stand and would not let someone bully me or intimidate me.

I have the numbers for those that need it if they are being bullyed in order for them to contact.Take your stand if it is happening.

I have not in anyway used any cuss words or names in this blog,so if it gets deleted you know why.His people went to the staff and fussed over the truth.It is ironic how he can do this and I can't let people know to be aware of what is going on...Please post this into your blog and maybe just maybe we can let peopele be aware that you cannot do this..
