Well lets see where to start... Ummm... I started seeing T.J. about a week before Alijah was born. Just to clarify things I did not know that he and Caren were together... The only thing he ever told me when I asked him was that she was strictly a room mate. I did not believe this completely because if they were not together he wouldn't have cared what she thought about him coming to see me.
I was shocked when my friend called me early Wednesday morning and told me that T.J. was on the news and was a person of interest in the murder of Alijah. I was shaking. I let this guy into my home, into my friend's home, and into my family's homes. I trusted him around my nieces and nephews and one of my god children... I really didn't think that T.J. would ever hurt a child but it just goes to show that you can't really trust anyone.
