| I recently admitted to having a serious disease that is often terminal. Someone I thought was my friend now no longer wants to talk to me because they can't see me in that light (being sick). Maybe it was to protect themselves from having their feeling hurt but it sure hurt mine. Should I try to explain myself and my disease or cut my losses and move on? |
