they serve their country with no quetions asked
they do their jobs no matter the tasks
they go witout seeing loved ones for months at a time
they fight for our freedom
but yet so many people dis respect them in so many ways
give them thanks for what they do
that's the lest you can do
seeing how they fight for you
they fight to keep this great country safe
wy not just offer them your thanks
i tell soldiers everyday what they mean to me
i am Proud American
living in the land of the free
because of the brave
so give them your thanks
do not call them names
do not say mean things about them
they have familys and friends that worry about their safty
they are human just like we are
they just have a different job then the rest of us do
but no matter what we do as a perfession
we are all alike
so try to atlest say thank you to them for risking their lives
have you told a soldier thank you
for everything they do
have you let them know that you support them
while they are fighting for our freedom
have you just smiled when you seen them walking by
have you shown a soldier kindness
i have told a soldier thank you
more then a dozen times
i am proud to have them fighting for us
i am proud to say that because of them we live in the land of the free and the home of the brave
saying thank you is just a small thing you can do
they really love to hear it
yet not many people do
too many people bash them
and hurt them in many ways
they are just doing their jobs
but yet for some reason they are "to blame"
i don't understand why people say mean things to hurt them everyday
they are just like you and me
only difference is they fight for your freedom
thats one thing that will never change
so think about what you just read
and i don't care if any of it stays in your head
just tell a soldier thank you for all that they do
