What You Need
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
* 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Italian seasoning
* 3 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
* 2 tablespoons refrigerated pesto sauce
* 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ balsamic vinaigrette dressing
* 1/8 teaspoon Market Pantry salt
What You Do
* Heat grill.
* Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning.
* When ready to grill, place chicken over medium heat and cover. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
* Meanwhile, In small bowl, stir together tomatoes, pesto, vinaigrette and salt. Serve tomato mixture over cooked chicken.
