To Sometimes See
A person can sometimes see
the future so clearly -
have you ever seen someone and suddenly
you can picture yourself with them
sometime in the future
laughing and sharing moments so sweet;
thinking back to today, remembering when
this fantastic connection began;
and as you picture this
you watch that image grow
to the point that you find yourself
dreaming a brighter tomorrow.
