Ok,this may piss off some people and who cares!! The "stupidity" I'm speaking of isn't really "stupidity I guess.It may just be a lack of learning or just knowing what you were tought.
I'm so tierd of people thinking that just because your from the south or live in the south you must be a "race hater","predjidice","dumba--",back wood redneck...These same people think that just because someone is waveing a confederate flag that they hate all people. Let me be plain here. I LOVE my southern roots,and am proud to have had members of my family in the past fight on the confederate side of the war. Also I'm just as proud of the men and women who are over in other countries fighting for thier country.In fact my oldest step-son just got from Iraq last year.Any way....
Also..While I'm on the subject of the war for southern independace."civil war" If you believe that it was ALL over and was started because of "slavery" then you are 100% WRONG!!!! But that will be for another blog later..
But think about this...these same people who hate southerners and call us "predjidice" are themselves being "predjidice" toward us..DUH!!! it works 2 ways.So when someone says..."I hate those southern people because they are "predjidice" well sorry you are being the same way!!!
I myself am NOT predjidice..I just happen to be proud of my roots!!! And I don't care WHO or WHAT nationality you are...You ALSO have just as much right to be proud of it!! What you DON"T have a right to do is "use" your nationality to get your way...But in many sad cases...it seems to work for you..
HEY...I know a women who is a mixed black,jewish,white,mexican,indain...and she WORKS for her living...And if ANYONE could be laying back collecting from the government it's her and hewr kids...But she chooses to work and help her white husband provide for their family..What a concept huh...Anyway..If this pisses you off..well then maybe your one of them...if not...sorry about the ranting.Just tierd of STUPIDITY!!!!!
