yeah me LOL. Ok i'll explain. I've been meaning to try and get and use a bluetooth headset with one of the voip clients. Well i have had a bluetooth dongle for nearly a year now due to getting the pics i have taken on the phone. Well finally got around to getting the headset and then tried to pair them up. Well in my rush to test it i paired it with the phone, which was to cause my headaches later on.
So in went the bluetooth dongle and then trying to get it to recognize the headset, no go. Of course i thought it must be the dongle because it was it was old. So i bought another one tuesday and installed the software. Sent it off to try and discover the headset, still no go! It found the phone and the dongle on the laptop, but no headset. So off i went looking for the manual for the headset, then realised my problem. I had paired it with the phone and of course thats what the headset was looking for and rejecting anything else. So a quick reset of the headset and the new dongle found it.
Now all i have to work on is to get the heaadset to work as wired headset to the pc and be able to make calls via it. Wish me luck, i feel this could be a long time coming LOL.
