Stupid fruit isn't ripe yet.
Cut into a mango today, not a single drop of juice. Damn thing is gonna need days, I'm half tempted to poach the fuckers in sugar water or white wine just to get some syrupyness goin- I mean if I do that- I won't have to add honey when I make lassi...
... wow some kinda unified theory of sweetener just hit my head.
Anyway fruits not right.
So I'm going to use Moo's chili sauce and my remainder lamb, gonna make spicey cabbage wraps.
I'm gonna need some rice, some spicy (got the recipe elsewhere, wasn't told it's a go for sharing). Couldn't scrounge the plum sauce, there will be a substitute. That's right; comb-in honey.
I might add pepper flake too.
I'll do a simple stir fry of the lamb meatses, leeks, and... I hate cooked carrots, so those aren't in, garlic and the sauce with rice. Tear some cabbage leaves and I've got lunch.
I need more indian sauces. I keep trying to look up the one I backward engineered... the internet and recipe books actually aren't that forthcoming with this information.
I've also decided, that I hate my blender. Until I get a good blender, I'm going to use a stand mixer for my curry.
Whoa snap.
Might serve my cole slaw with this. Pending on how spicy and how hungry.
It's carrot ribbons, celery root, and chopped cabbage.
What sauce? ... >> I think I'll actually keep my yogurt for lassi and make a dijon vinegrette.
That's the beauty of cole slaw. Pretty much dressing velcro. I could even throw in some raw onion or garlic.
Now what did I accomplish today?
New direction in my novel. Got some other work done, had dinner with my folks. Watched iron chef.
Callin the porn shop tomorrow.
I forgot who I was supposed to talk to about my potential position.
Was it Ashley or Sarah?
