How does one deal with the passing of ones parent? I am very upset even though I knew this day was coming for a long time. My father was sick for a long time, hes body slowing shuting down and his mind becoming lost into a sea of emptiness. In the end he didn't even Know who I was. My father always sheltered me from the world up until I was about 16. He was a very over protected man when it came to me. I have alot of his qualities myself, most of them taught, because I get called his name all the time by my best friend when I am acting like my father would. In my eyes he will always be a pillar of strenght, intelligence, love, and understanding. He will be truly missed, I only pray that he has found the peace he should have. I LOVE YOU DAD!!!!

Yesterday I finally got some time to go and see my father, who is currently in hospital care, waiting for a nursing home to come available for him. Well he has gottten worse since the last time I saw him. He is very sick now, he might lose his foot because of his diabetes, also his memory is getting worse with each day. he didn't even know who i was for a few mintues when i got there. This is becoming a very hard thing for me to face, I don't think he will last another year. I am not ready to give up on him yet but it is a reality i will have to soon face. Also on the other hand I have finally met my older brother that my father had with a woman over 55 years ago, my brother Chuck and his wife Kathy came to town to see our father, who he hasn't seen since he was 2 yrs old. I also discovered that I have another sister who lives about an hour and half drive away from me.

Well today has been a very excellent day. After getting a great deal on the materials to finish the basement, I went to meet for the very 1st time my half-brother, from the USA. My father is his father. The man is 54, has 3 grown daughters, and 10 grand kids of his own. He looks like our father to a tee.....same facial structure, same build, but with his own personality. He is in town to meet the family and to see our father for teh 1st time too (Our father is very ill, and is currently in the hospital on a permenant basis). Tomorrow (dec 14th) is his 74th bday, so we are all going to go see him. I will update as I learn more about my new brother.

Well folks I am still here. The hurricane like storm that hit the Maritimes (Atlantic Canada Provinces) has pretty much passed by my city, however the rest of the area is still getting the heavy rainfall. We are only getting the high wind bursts (about 51 km/h) now and it is still pretty chilly. So all in all we weathered the storm and all are save and sound.

AS MOST OF YOU SHOULD KNOW BY NOW, I LOVE TIGERS. THE TIGER IS MY PERSONAL TOTEM ANIMAL, AND I WAS BORN IN THE YEAR OF THE TIGER ON THE CHIANESE ZODIAC. I FOUND THIS EXCERT ONLINE, IT IS SOMETHING I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL NOW.... Tigers are one of the Earth's fastest disappearing species. At the beginning of this century there were about 100,000 wild tigers. Today there are less than 2,500! Originally, there were nine subspecies of tiger - 3 of which are now extinct. The 6 remaining tiger species: Amur (Siberian), Malayan, South China, Indo-chinese, Royal Bengal and Sumatran all have very shaky futures. MAKES YOU THINK DOESN'T IT!!!!

WELL FOLKS, AS SOME OF YOU MIGHT ALREADY KNOW, I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB. SO FAR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY LUCK. ALL OF MY LEADS HAVE NOT COME THROUGH AND I AM NOW STARTING ABOUT DOING A CAREER CHANGE, I THINK I MIGHT GET MY DRIVERS LISCENSE AND BECOME A TAXI DRIVER. BUT THEN AGAIN I JUST HEARD FROM ANOTHER SOURCE THAT THERE IS A NEW CALL CENTER HERE IN TOWN THAT IS TAKE IN PPL WITH TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS LIKE CRAZY, HELL THEY ARE STEALING PPL AWAY FROM XEROX, WHICH WAS 1 OF THE COMPANIES I WAS TRYING TO GET INTO. THIS NEW COMPANY PAYS LIKE 20.00 AN HOUR. SO TOMORROW MORNING I AM OUT OF HERE AND PUTTING MY RESUME IN TO THEM. WISH ME LUCK AND SAY A FEW PRAYERS FOR ME TOO. JASON.

Well folks, I had an interview today for a new job. The position is for a Technical Support Agent, Level 2. Working for Xerox here in town. The interview was very cut and dry, but I had to do up a hand written letter telling Xerox why they should higher me. I really hope I get the job, I need it so bad, to support this large family of mine. The bills are getting bigger by the day and being on Social Assisstance sucks ass. I hate having to leech off of the government, I would rather be working for a living. So I need you all to say a little pray and send the "good vibes and luck" my way. Well today is a very down day for me. I got a call this morning from my employee placement agent, she told me that my current assignment at a really great company I have been with for about the past 4 months, has been terminated/cancelled. I LOVED IT THERE!!!!!! I m both sad and pissed off by it all. They didn't give me any really reason for it, except for "work performance. THATS BULLSHIT!!!!!! Now I feel like I have failed my family and let my wife down.

I really hate it when something doesn't work!!!! I just tried to upload a folder of pics from my twins 1st birthday but it keeps telling me that the pics are all to big to upload. I checked they are only about 4 KB on average!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! Now I am pissed off!!!!!!!!!!! I need to beat something (someone)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where is my paddle and bullwhip at!!!!!!???????!!!!!!!

I just spent the last 9 hrs at my new workplace, training for my new job. I thought i was ready for the day but i kept drifting off, and now i feel like crap. I have a temp, my throat is sore, I am very tired, and I just feel like crap in general. I pray I feel better tomorrow!!!!!!! I will keep you all updated as things go. All in all I think I am going to like working in the call center. They have alot of different things for employee comfort.....a gameroom, a full gym with showers, a internet access room, a quietroom, a first aid room, 2 kitchens. So it is pretty sweet in my book.
