Still
The Sun STILL rises, each morning of the day,
giving warmth to the earth, from each golden ray
The birds STILL sing, their sounds fill the air,
no worries in the world; they fly on without a care.
The breeze STILL moves, gently to and fro,
softly it touches all, no matter where it goes.
The moon STILL shines, through the dark of night; signs of life appear hidden, but not truly out of sight.
The stars STILL twinkle, in the darkened sky,
forming constellations, right before our eyes.
STILL... all of this, as beautiful as it sounds,
holds little importance, without you around.
