This insomnia is getting worse. The last 5 nights I have gotten no more than one hour sleep. I've tried TV off, TV on, wine, bananas, and over the counter pain killers but I just can't sleep for more than a few minutes at a time.
I know that sleep deprivation causes hallucinations, depression, confusion, and a host of physical problems, but I seem to be healthy by my estimation. Do you guys agree? Yeah? Cool! The little guys in my desk drawer agree, and despite them telling me to pick the Pirates in the Superbowl, I still love them.
