4.Chat with the customers keeping the conversation up<<< THIS ONE IS A HUGE PROBLEM FOR SOME STAFF MEMBERS, IF UR GONNA BE PART OF STAFF WHEN UR IN THE LOUNGE, FOCUS ON THE LOUNGE, DONT JUST SIT THERE AND SAY NOTHING, WHO WANTS TO COME INTO A LOUNGE WHERE NO ONE IS TALKING, I KNOW I WOULDNT.

1.Greet all people when they enter the bar
2.Offer drinks
3.Stay in bar during scheduled shift (min of 2 to 4 hours)
(if you cannot cover your shift arrange with management for it to be covered)
4.Chat with the customers keeping the conversation up
5.Bartenders cannot ban anyone they can only delete comments
( refer to the code of conduct on what can be deleted)
6.Bartenders are not to get into any conflicts they are to let the moderators handle it
7.If you cannot make your shift please message ~*Huggable*Lovable*Kissable*Jen~ Or Micki "blue eyes" YIM (lovablejen33) or Micki (micki_blue_eyes)
8.All arguments and fights are to be kept out of the bar
(take them to the shout box, yahoo messenger and out of the bar that means staff
and customers alike)
PLEASE REMEMBER ITS THE NEW MEMBER IS THE REASON WE HAVE SUCH A SUCCESFULL LOUNGE AND
WE NEED TO KEEP THE NEW MEMBER AS WELL AS THE OLD MEMBERS HAPPY IF WE DO WE WILL have a successful lounge. Thank you.

1.Over see all activates of the bar
2.Stay in the bar at all times during scheduled shift
3.Stop any trouble before it starts (banning is a last resort)
( Refer to the code of conduct on what can be deleted)
4.Greet all customers (involve themselves in the conversations)
5.Jen is the only one that can ban any staff
(If there’s a problem with any staff consult with Jen)
6.All arguments and fights are to be kept out of the bar
(take them to the shout box, yahoo messenger and out of the bar that means staff and customers)

8.If its real busy in the bar help bartenders

If u join the staff, please do ur part, its not only my lounge its all of ours. I would expect anyone to want it to be one of the top lounges on CT. I know thats my goal.
