Good Morning…. I have to laugh….. Spy Coins are topping the news stories this morning on msn. The so called “Canadian Spy Coins”! Here is a thought to make it Canadian at least have a Canadian figure or imprint on it. The photo on msn shows a silver dollar carried by American contractors doing business and dealings in high security areas. The Silver Dollar is that of the Eisenhower style. Again, why call it Canadian? The photo shows the coin split in two with a hollow center. The center is where the spy chip comes into place. The report goes onto to say they do not believe that it is Canadian Government behind this deal but goes on to name three likely candidates. First off this is goofy…someone has been watching too many James Bond films…Secondly Canadian? Third point and this really does not need another point visited, but aren’t US Contractors screened and checked thoroughly before they enter any area deemed high security? The device is supposed to track and monitor every movement of the carrier. Hey for a number of years I thought Chinese Restaurants were filling their patrons’ bellies with a low dosage of life threatening virus that all at once would go off like a time bomb, killing all who consumed it. Until one day at a local establishment I frequent I caught the proprietors eating at a fast pace their own cooking. I quickly diminished any thought after that of a plot against us. So if any one made this coin I would say…we are surely behind it. Last point so noted. I know reporters need to have a story. I know a fireman rescuing a kitten from a tree is not world news. But, the stories our reporters get out there for all to consume causes more problems then not. In war should you tell the enemy your every move? Should stories of School shootings be world headlines? I once was against those who said Movies created copy-cat killings. Video Games showed too much violence and created a generation of would be killers not realizing what they were doing until after they were cuffed and behind bars. Thought life was like the movies, the games and spawned numerous sheltered people who when provoked retaliated relentlessly. All these things that were once deemed naaaaaaa that is not true, That is not happening. So why is it video game hot shots make the best fighter pilots? Some scary stuff out there right now…Suit case Bombs, Virus’s that can wipe out civilizations. Wow, can this be any more doom and gloomiest? Oh, wait I forgot we have Rambo, Superman and the other super hero’s to protect us and if they can’t help we can always see what Batman and Robin are doing now days…Perhaps there are really spy coins, and credit cards that track everything the consumer does. For one thing, so what! If you are doing something wrong then by god they should track you ass down…do we worry too much about this and that and forget about the train that is speeding right at us? I best cut this short the Ground hog is due to project more winter or an early spring soon and I want a front row seat…….
