Ingredients:
1 pound fresh or frozen red snapper
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Cut fish into four (4) servings. Brush lime juice on top of fish.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, ginger and black pepper; rub onto fish. Arrange fish in a baking pan. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Makes four (4) servings.
