[Spicey food]

I now have all mah stuff.

It is good to be me.

Well... I've actually got my nintendo TV and PC back at home.

Uuuuh cuz they are MOTHERFUCKERS to move.

5 hours. To and fro with about $3000 worth of stuff in one box.

Magic cards, interview clothes, games+systems.

There's actually some irreplaceable stuff at home, but of a sentimental value.

That PC isn't worth dick, but it WOULD be a pain in the ass to recover all of my favorites, compiled work (which is backed up online) recipe ideas and porn

...

uuuh oh and a couple video serieseseses.

Sooooo... in a slightly better frame of mind tonight.

Had the opportunity to playtest Pox against my speed deck

they're 2:2 right now, Pox went 2-0 and got good draws both times then got a SHIT draw and then a decent one.

That's right >>

I'm playing with myself.

With TWO proxy decks.

I'd say "oh need gurl" but there's at least one on my mind, and she is the unfair standard for all other women.

What do I say to them?

Oh I'm unemployed for almost a year, broke, and staying with my parents

but in my spare time I love to babytalk my giant dog, cook, write fantasy, build models, play video games, and play themed collectable card games.

Oh fuck you I'm awesome.

And you already knew that.

Anyway

Pox-

2-2 against ... probably my most efficient deck without using some cheap ass tourney trick.

"Grey deck wins" is still a planned deck, and it has what's called a "hard lock" so does Pox. "Speed deck" just... kills very fast.

locks take time and resources

speed decks do not

rock

meet paper

Anyway, I almost have my mother convinced to let me "cook chinese til I'm good at it"

I'm thinking bangbang chicken (excuse to cut matchstick vegetables), pork buns, my cabbage fried rice, my bacon fried rice, my soybeans and steamed rice in broth, spicey orange beef, almond/walnut cookies/fritters, cabbage leek and noodle soup, and szacha beef? I dunno how to spell chinese, and they had it at a restaurant, and I've had it before, I'd like to see if I can, its their favorite thing.

I'm trying to employ homey techniques and flavors in one course and keep it relatively light and delicious in at least one course, and SHAZAM Szechuan spicey kerplodey flavors in another.

I think bacon fried rice, lemon/sesame fritters and spicey beef in one meal might kill someone >>

but conversely soup beans and rice and cabbage can bland people to death.

Anyway

I'm going to ... *spaces out* I want to hook up my wii and play baseball for a bit.

But I think I'm gonna load up a mildly entertaining animu and playtest my decks more, one thing my brother noticed when I redesigned speed deck and after I had playtested it ad nauseum, I definitely learned to anticipate what when and where my deck would go for the throat. I think having playtested Pox against a mathematical worst case scenario- where my opponent constantly drew situationally advantageous cards- rather than standard decks, has prepared Pox's play for ...

something horrible.

It sometimes gets down in the count, but it rarely doesn't cause mass hysterical bleeding.

And I mean that in every possible way.

... When is bacon not the answer?

I wanna learn that Chinese cooking style with all the cured and salted meats.
