THIS IS WHO I AM: I am outgoing and spontaneous! My tastes vary and if you suggest it, I just might be game for it! I am very adventurous! I love lots of things but I am truly passionate about MUSIC! My life would not be complete without it! I really love to do things outdoors! Living in Michigan, you learn to take advantage of the great weather when you have it! I love to do lots of activities, just anything where I can be outside to be at one with nature! I love to plant flowers and enjoy their beauty and smells in the spring! Life is supposed to be about last minute road trips and letting your hair down!
I live in Kalamazoo Michigan, but I spend a lot of time in Mooresville, Indianapolis, and Terre Haute, Indiana with family and friends. Family and friends are very important to me; They are my life. I am a giver and the type of person that will lie down my life for the person that I love.
I have been told numerous times in my life that I have a sparkle to my eyes like no other. Normally when people meet me they fall in love with my eyes immediately. My eyes are probably one of my best physical assets.
I love to do stupid silly things! I am very much a child at heart. I drive through mud puddles and get my car dirty, drive way too fast, walk along the beach shore singing, flirt with the construction guys along side of the road because they have a crappy job and I just want to make them smile! I have 12 nieces and nephews and have been known to play air guitar, rap, play truth or dare, spin the bottle trivia, and stay up all night just because! I have a very free spirit. My nickname is Pocahontas Andretti. I'm not scared of life or other's opinions! I love surprises! Nothing makes me happier than to be surprised by a well thought out plan to make me happy! I have a very playful spirit. I love to PLAY! :)
Right now I'm just searching for friendship and companionship. I hope to be able to find many fun times ahead of me! This is my new beginning!
I'm a very open minded individual. I am not perfect! I mess up all the time; it's just a fact of life. Guess what? I'm human but I feel that everyone has a past and that the past shapes our futures. I also learn from my mistakes so I'm not afraid to make them! Life teaches us new lessons every day! I am not quick to judge. I don't criticize people for their mistakes if they just own up to them. Mistakes need to be made!
I just enjoy people in general. I absolutely love people! They are full of so many interesting stories! I myself am a work in progress but every day I am closer to putting the pieces of my puzzle together of who I am!
I love to laugh! I love to giggle! I am a very happy person and I love to smile! It's imperative that you stay positive in this world! A great sense of humor and a wonderful attitude is what gets us through the daily grind. I would rather laugh about the crazy things that happen to me day by day than scream about them. I love to tell jokes and catch people off guard! A smile on your face makes fewer wrinkles over time. It takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown! Remember that! I am more about fun, happiness and contentment than negativity and whining.
I am a long term American Red Cross volunteer as well as other organizations! Sometimes life is about the sacrificing of your time and resources to give to others. I have a big heart and a big hand to help others in need.
I am a very spiritual person. I have a close walk with God and it's very important to me. I also realize that sometimes a person needs to change things about themselves in their life. I have changed a lot of things in my life for the better. I use to resist change, but now I embrace it. Fear is not an option!
My philosophy in life is, its too short not to enjoy it! I believe that you should live life to its fullest today because tomorrow is not promised!

Interests
Books!! I love Shakespeare. He's my all time favorite. I tend to prefer the classics as well. I love Melville, Bronte, Whitman, Dickinson, Dostoyevsky, Tolkien, Eliot, Tolstoy, and of course the Bible.
I do however enjoy some modern authors such as Grisham, Michael Cunningham, Toni Morrison, David Guterson, Joyce Carol Oates, Patricia Cornwell, Jk Rowling, Mary Higgins Clark, Andre Dubus III, Jan Karon, Maya Angelou, Rebecca Wells, Elizabeth Berg, Nora Roberts, and Helen Fielding. That's just to name a few. I really enjoy autobiographies and biographies as well. I love anything about Princess Diana.
Television!! I don't watch TV very often, I'm too busy. When I do watch it it's normally a documentary or biography or something to do with home improvement, design or landscaping. I'm a geek that way. My favorite networks are HGTV and Discovery.

I love chick flicks, romances, and heart tuggers. I like most movies. I like action and suspense as well. I'm pretty laid back, but I do not like SCI-FI or HORROR. Ick!
Idols
I have two real life heroes. My Best Friend in the world and my Dad.
K.K. has been the best friend a person could have. She's stood by my side through thick and thin and has never left me when times got tough. She knows what true friendship and what it's like to give back to someone. She is a mother, a wife, and a friend. I couldn't go through life without her! I thank God every day that I have her in my life.
My Dad has been an inspiration to me my entire life. He has always given me the strength to continue on towards my dreams and has let me know that no matter what you can't let things get in your way. He was a restaurant owner that became a minister, a pilot, a lawyer and a politician as well as a father and a husband. He accomplished so much in his life. He is my hero because he inspires me to continue to strive for my dreams! Rest in Peace Daddy 4/13/2007! I will always remain to be inspired by your strength and wisdom!
Video Games
I spend a lot of my time at Games.com when I'm online. I like to play the classic board games on there such as Monopoly, Sorry, Battleship, Scrabble, Yahtzee and so on. I also love the SIMS! All the different versions are extremely addictive. I love different Solitaire games as well. Some of the games on pogo I enjoy but mostly my favorite all time online game is Monopoly.
