Into the skies, one spring day,
I sent a little Thought away;
Up to where, it could see without boundaries,
As the sun shining without sound.
my Thought came back to me.—
It told me of what was there,
In the pure bright upper air;
And, since my Thought came from my heart
I knew it had touched the heart with which I searched.
Next, by night a Thought I sent
Up into the evening sky;
When the eager stars were out,
And the still moon had not spread it's light .
And my Thought went past the moon
In between the stars, an danced in the Milky Way
‘Dare I look beneath the shade,
Into where the worlds are made;
Where the suns and stars are but a thought?
Shall I meet Her Thought again ?
‘Will her Thought have wings?
Thought of Thoughts, and Light of Lights,
Breath of Breaths, and Night of Nights?’
Then my Thought spoke to me on it's return………
In the illuminated dark,
Told me of the silence
and of her heart beat .
louder than thunder and a pure as the new fallen snow
And my Thought, came trembling back told of her search
Looking for the person that would complete their soul
the special someone that would make them tingle with
each touch of their hand and each word that they said……..
The person that you can't live without
As I laid on my back looking at the stars and listening
A tear came to my eyes………
What if the thought was yours………………..
