It's a boring morning for me today so i was off browsing youtube.
Than came across a video that kind of explains a new kind of social networking that's available.
How it works is you register on the website (register with your license plate) and if you're out driving around one day and see someone you would want to socialize with you call a 1-900 number, punch in their license plate and it will connect you to that driver.
Think of the idiots that cut you off everyday haha ;).
