I hold you in my arms
not wanting you to leave
For when I hold you in my embrace
The world seems to slow down
Time slows to near standstill
You can view each flutter
of a hovering hummingbird
As it drinks sweet nectar
I feel like this hummingbird
drinking the sweet nectar
of our eternal Love
I relish each of these moments
for I truly love you and wish
