I've been working some stupidly long hours, and a lot of over time. I am really stressed about work, so I've not been sleeping properly. Sometimes though, when I get home from work, I end up drifting off and having a bit of a nap. When that happens, I can't sleep at all at night. As it is, I'm averaging about 4 hours sleep a night.
I just finished and overtime shift... and I am fighting to stay awake. I'm not sure I'll sleep tonight if I have a nap... as usual. I'm usually up at 3 am for work... so my body clock is way outta kilter.
Should I... nap now... cause I'm so friggin tired? Try and stay awake and hope I get more than 4 hours sleep tonight? Or run to the drugstore and get some kinda sleep aid and get 8 or 9 hours sleep straight through? |
