once again the law enforcement community has focused its attention on the Hells Angeles motorcycle club this time on dave burgess president of a chapter in nevada,after the aquittal of all the Hells Angels charged in the shooting death of a fellow member the police have once again started to go after individual members instead of criminal activity ,dave burgess a father and staunch activist against child abuse has been arrested aND accused of possesing child pornography after an illegal search of his laptop .know dave burgess and how he feels about chil;d abuse and having seen his webpage and the pictures in question this is another blatant attempt by law enforcement to slander and defame members of the once infamous motorcycle club .first they arrest twelve members of the club for the shooting death of another member in a casino in laughlin nevada altho witnesses had stated that it was a hispanic man wearing a mongols jacket they held these men for four yrs thru a series of trials only to aquit and drop all charges against them now they stop a wiinebago for pulling a trailer with expired tags and illegally search the passenger of the vehicles laptop(dave burgess)now this was done without consent of the owner of the laptop and befor a search warrant was issued and pictures showing his daughter and her friends in his home pool in bikini's was deemed child pornography and he was arrested after which investigators asked a judge for a warrant to search clubhouses and other properties belonging to the Hells Angeles.i for one know all the stories (some true and some not)about the clubs early days but that in no way reflects the club today .when will the american citizens get tired of financing a war on a motorcycle club that has done nothing wrong and is not responsible for the actions of individual members? do the police go after a health club when a member commits a crime ?do they go after a football teeam when a running back commits a felony? no they go after the individual so why is it every time a member of the Hells Angels is arrested they go after the club siting organized crime?
