| Last Friday night I went to a birthday party. A friend from the party got news that his best friend died so he started downing shots & got a lil mouthy so we got him a taxi. I helped him out to the taxi...I had only had a couple of beers. While holding him up...he fell & took me down with him. He hit grass..I hit my face on the concrete. He called & wants to pay for my ambulance & dr bills. I have excellent insurance but have missed a week of work with no sick time. Should I ask him to help reimburse wages instead? He keeps calling & apologizing asking what he can do. |
