I have bee at my current job for 18 months. I have earned $180,000 for the company but have not received the bonus I am due (cash flow problem). The cash flow problem is a direct result of bad management, lack of motivation etc.
I have recieevd an offer form another company which I plan to accept very soon.
I am going on holiday to Australia on teh first of June.
Should I hand my notice in teh day before I leave, or the day I get back? I am irritated becasue the bonus would have gotten me out of a financial hole. Also that the entire business rests on my shoulders, Some woudl say hand my notice in after the holiday as a way to stick my fingers up at him....but morally, before hand woudl be right.
