The man who killed my 17 year old sister almost 13 years ago is trying to get off his probabtion early.

He ran her over in his 18wheeler. He didn't stop for his red light.

Should I not fight his early release for probation or do I stick to what I promised myself and my family and make him stick it out the rest of his term?
